If you have a questions about the usage of a plugin, please refer to its documentation first. All available documentation is listed to the right.

Reporting an Issue?

It’s possible that you’re running into issues while using one of my plugins. That’s why I provide full support to anyone with a valid license. But to safe me and you time, please be specific when describing the issue you’re having, by answering the following questions.

  • When/where does the issue occur? E.g. directly after installing the plugin or, when clicking on button X or, when viewing page Y, etc.
  • Did you see an error somewhere, and if so, what did it say? Also make sure to check your PHP logs, Developer console (F12) and include any relevant error messages in a text file using the ‘Add File’ field.

If relevant, make sure you include screenshots.

Notice: During weekdays you can expect a response within 24 hours. Usually way faster. During weekends I try not to work and spend time with my family, so it might take longer for me to respond. Thank you for your patience and understanding! ๐Ÿ™‚
